1.
You are responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods
offered for any particular purpose and for the consequences arising
from your purchase. By purchasing or placing an order for any product
through the OnlineVoiceRecorders website or through any of our publications
including any material connected directly with OnlineVoiceRecorders you are
acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and
conditions before proceeding with any purchase.
You
are purchasing on the understanding that you have made all appropriate
means to comply yourself and fully understand the applicable laws
relating to such equipment used in this country or your own country and
the consequences which may be implied by misuse.
2.
Unless otherwise agreed all sales conducted through OnlineVoiceRecorders are
made on these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions of
sale or any terms supplied with any order form or other document
provided to you will be binding with OnlineVoiceRecorders unless confirmed in
writing by a director of the company.
3. All orders are subject to acceptance by OnlineVoiceRecorders.
4. All goods are subject to availability.
Prices & Payment
5. All prices in our catalogue, leaflets and our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%. VAT
exempt customers outside the EU will automatically qualify for VAT
deduction during the checkout process. For further details regarding
VAT please see point 25 ''About VAT''.

OnlineVoiceRecorders reserves the right to re-invoice an order where an
incorrect price has been submitted for an item due to an administrative
or technical error. If you do not agree to the correct price you are
not required to continue the purchase and you may ask for a full refund
of any monies paid.
7.
Unless otherwise agreed the full payment is required with any order or
prior to delivery of the goods. Online payments are processed using the
world renowned Protx in conjunction with Streamline Merchant Services. Protx
has a global reputation in maximizing the safety of paying with credit
or debit cards online by using 128-bit SSL secure socket encryption in
compliance with the world banking industry.
Any attempts to use credit cards fraudulently will be handed straight to the police in the region where the fraud originated. We
are committed to our fight against fraud and will prosecute every case
to the full extent of the law. All orders placed must pass a series of
strict security checks including 3D Secure processing before any
products are dispatched and we trust that our genuine customers will
understand the reasons for this.

All handling and transaction charges implied are currently included in
the total selling price of any product/s purchased at the current rate
2.5% for credit card payments, and £0.49 for debit card payments. This
also applies and is included in payments made by cheque, BACS transfer
(or cash where goods are collected from our warehouse or delivered to
you by one of our accredited distributors).
9.
For so long as any outstanding payment for goods remains owing to
OnlineVoiceRecorders title to the goods will remain with OnlineVoiceRecorders and
will not pass to you until we have received payment in full including
any interest due in accordance with paragraph 10.
10.
OnlineVoiceRecorders may charge interest at 2.5% per month compounded monthly
on any amount not received by the due date until such amount is
received both before and after judgement.
Delivery and Returns
11.
Delivery is subject to availability of stock at the time of your
purchase. OnlineVoiceRecorders will endeavor to dispatch no later than the end
of the week in which the order was placed providing the goods are
already held in stock.
For
any goods ordered that are not held in stock at the time of your
purchase delivery times may take up to 28 days so please contact us for
accurate delivery timescales. All orders placed through the
OnlineVoiceRecorders website incur delivery charges within the
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For
customers outside the UK mainland, we use courier services where a
standard delivery charge of £40 is automatically added to your checkout
basket.
Please
Note: Customers outside the UK mainland may also be responsible for
import duties and local taxes (if applied by the local authorities).

12.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of
your invoice. OnlineVoiceRecorders will accept a returned product provided we
are notified via email and followed up in writing within 7 days of the
invoice date for any unsatisfied purchases. Goods must be returned at
your expense, unopened and in a resalable condition.
If
the goods have been opened or used or returned back to us in an unreasonable condition they will be considered second-hand and we
reserve the right to refund the full amount minus any materials and
administration costs to the total value of 20%. We will not refund or
exchange an item if the products were specially ordered or custom
built.
13.
Where a return is accepted you will be provided with a CRN number along
with a return address. Do NOT post back any product to the office
address shown on the website as this will result in unauthorised
packages being rejected for security reasons and returned back to you.
If
you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that
you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn
and you will need to follow the correct legal channels to pursue any
claim.
14.
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be notified to OnlineVoiceRecorders
within 7 days of the invoice purchase date. This should be done by
using the contacts page on our website confirming non-delivery in an
email.
15.
Faulty goods will also be accepted for return no later than 7 days of
delivery to you providing they are returned undamaged and complete and
in the original packaging.
16.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, any custom built product that
has later received a fault and needs to be returned for repair, may
icur additional postage and packaging costs even whilst under the
manufacturers warranty. A custom build product will be indicated with a
red (C/B) marking found at the bottom of the web page for that product.
17.
Non-faulty goods will be accepted entirely at OnlineVoiceRecorders
discretion within 14 days of delivery to you provided that they are
returned unopened and in original perfect condition. Non-faulty returns
include those returned as faulty when no fault is found. Where we
accept a non-faulty return you will be credited at the full selling
price less any postage and packing costs of the original delivery plus
a handling charge of 20% of the total original selling price.

18. As a result of continued product development the specification and/or design of goods may vary from those shown.
Guarantee, Liability & Support
19.
Goods supplied by OnlineVoiceRecorders are guaranteed in accordance with the
terms of the manufacturer's warranty provided with the goods. Where
goods are manufactured by ourselves we offer a lifetime guarantee and
support.
20.
OnlineVoiceRecorders accepts no liability whatsoever for the nature arising as
a result of any representations, breach of contract, negligence or
otherwise including but not limited to any liability for indirect or
consequential loss, loss or corruption of data, or loss of profits,
revenue, business or goodwill except for liability for death or
personal injury caused by OnlineVoiceRecorder's negligence.
21.
All conditions, warranties, guarantees and representations, express or
implied, by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the goods
(other than any liability which OnlineVoiceRecorders is not permitted by law
to exclude or restrict) are hereby excluded.
22.
OnlineVoiceRecorders does not represent or warrant, nor is responsible for any
direct or indirect consequences of information accessible via this
website or links to other websites from this website. OnlineVoiceRecorders has
no liability whatsoever in respect of any use made of such information.
Gifts
23.
From time to time promotional free gifts may be offered with goods. If
acceptance of a free gift contravenes your business policies or
practices please let us know and OnlineVoiceRecorders will not provide the
free item.
Telephone Calls
24. Telephone calls may be recorded and used for training and/ or monitoring purposes.
Status
25. OnlineVoiceRecorders may at its absolute discretion decline to accept orders or to offer credit terms.
Legal Status of Products
26.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain and obey all applicable
country, state, and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any
item made available by OnlineVoiceRecorders either through its website,
catalogue or by any other advertising publication. By placing an order
the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products
will be used only in a lawful manner.
Value Added Tax
27.
Our business is based in the UK and as such we have to comply with UK
and EU VAT requirements. Depending on the country to which we are
delivering your goods will effect how VAT applies to you.
For
orders delivered to the UK and within Europe we charge VAT at the
current rate of 15% which is included and shown in your total
purchase price. For UK customers we will provide you with a VAT invoice
on request which you can use to reclaim the VAT if appropriate. For EU
customers we will zero rate the VAT from your order providing you open
an account by clicking here and then inform us of your VAT number. For orders delivered outside the European Union including USA, you are exempt from paying VAT.

Import Duty
28.
If your order is shipped outside of the EU, it will be subject to the
usual international rules on customs duty and depending on the
destination and the value and type of products, you may have to pay
import duty before being able to take delivery of your goods. Please

Preventing Fraud
29.
OnlineVoiceRecorders will report all attempts to make a fraudulent
transaction to the appropriate authorities. Should we feel a
transaction has been placed which does not satisfy us, we will
undertake additional security procedures to protect both the OSS
Technology business enterprise and it's customers by using third party
databases to verify the genuine cardholder. We reserve the right to
hold goods until further verification has been provided and that we are
satisfied the information provided is correct.
